The top of the shelf is equipped with a mobile crane to facilitate the lifting of the mould. Common surface treatment schemes for shelves are spraying, spraying, hot-dip galvanizing and cold-dip galvanizing.
Mould frame processing methods: spraying paint, spraying plastic, hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is the most effective antirust method nowadays. Mould frame is widely used in spraying paint and plastic spraying. Each floor bears 800kg. Specification: H1470XW850XL2000 (mm) crane bears 500 kg.
Characteristic of mould shelf:
1. Combination device, mainly composed of pillar, guide groove, drawer layer, pull rod, positioning pin, etc.

3. Drawer-type die rack is mainly composed of slideway and drawer plate. Drawer plate is composed of rectangular pipe welded structure, bending parts and steel plate.
4. Each slideway is fixed by two bearings. It can roll freely in the guide groove, with little resistance and easy to pull out the drawer.
5. For the sake of safety, positioning pin and limit pin are designed to ensure the safety of drawer board when it is pulled out.
6. The shelf load of light-duty die is 200-800kg/floor. Heavy drawer-type die rack bears between 800 and 1500kg/floor.
7. Mold rack occupies small space, has large layers, has detailed classification and simple operation.
8. The die holder can also be used as a drawer tray on the cross beam of the shelf, which saves the cost and makes the structure more stable.
