Mold shelf characteristics:
1. Composite components are mainly bolted by pillars, guide grooves, drawer layers, pull rods, positioning pins, etc. They are stable in structure, safe and reliable, and are generally used for row arrangement.
2. Drawer trays are mainly composed of slides and drawers. The drawer tray consists of a frame and a steel plate welded by a rectangular tube and a bending part. Each slideway is fixed by two bearings. The two bearings can roll freely in the guide groove. The resistance is small and the drawer can be pulled out easily.
3. For the sake of safety, the positioning pin and the limit pin are designed to ensure the safety of the drawer pallet when it is pulled out.
4. Light-duty die rack can carry 200 to 800 kg/floor. Heavy drawer rack can carry 800 to 1500kg/floor.
5. The classification details of small layer thickness of die shelf size are simple to operate.

6. Mould rack can also be used as drawer on rack beam, which is cost-effective and stable.
