Cantilever rack is suitable for storing long materials, annular materials, plates, pipes and irregular goods. Columns are mainly cold-rolled section steel, cantilevers are square steel pipe and cold-rolled section steel, cantilevers and columns are connected by insertion or bolt, bases and columns are connected by bolt, and bases are cold-rolled section steel. Goods are entered by forklift, travelling or manual operation. The shelf height is usually within 2.5 meters, the cantilever length is 1.5 meters, and the load of each arm is usually within 1000 kilograms. This kind of shelf is mainly used in machinery manufacturing and building materials supermarkets. After adding shelves, it is especially suitable for warehouses with small space, low height, convenient management and wide vision.

Cantilever shelf features:
1. It is only applicable to the storage of long strips or rolls of goods.
2. Cooperate with loading and unloading equipment with larger fork spacing, such as side forklift truck with larger fork spacing.
3. Shelf height is limited, usually within 6 meters.
4. The utilization rate of space is low, about 35%-50%.
5. Storage form: long strip and long roll.
6. Cantilever shelves can be divided into single-arm shelves and double-arm shelves with similar products such as wood, pipes and slabs. Cantilever rack can be composed of single column plate and cantilever through horizontal and cable-stayed bars.

The pillar plate is composed of pillars and bases, and the pillars are butt welded by two special C-shaped steels. The structure makes full use of the bearing capacity of materials and has the characteristics of high bearing capacity and low cost.

Cantilever rack production process:
The base of cantilever rack can be made of H-shaped steel or special profiles. National standard steel should be selected for H-section steel according to the requirement of bearing capacity. The upper edge of H-section steel is provided with bolt connection holes for the column, which is convenient to connect with the column. The bottom is welded to connect the bottom plate, and the top of the bottom plate is made of expansion bolt holes, so that the shelf can be easily connected to the ground with expansion bolts.
The cantilever rack is based on special profiles, and two C-section steel back-to-back connection plates are welded together. The width of the connecting steel plate is the width of the column. After the welding of the two C-section steels is completed, bolt holes are opened at the connecting column position to facilitate the connection with the column. The bottom plate is joined by side welding, which makes it easy for expansion bolts to connect with the ground.
The cantilever shelf column is made of two C-section steel butt welding. The section steel is made of Q235 high quality strip steel. After rolling C-section steel through steel rolling production line, the cantilever connecting hole is punched out on the automatic punch machine with a hole spacing of 140 mm. If H-section steel is used under the column, a connecting steel plate is welded. If the connection mode of special shape is selected, bolt connection holes are opened at the connecting part under the column.
